Don`t be too down on yourself Sim,everyone goes through times and periods filled with such emotions of themselves
You`ve started the comeback already realising you have a prob,now comes the harder part and doing something about it...you`re young and have along way to go,be strong and persevere and you`ll be proud of yourself soon enough

oh, I hope so, `cause now, it`s all so grey. you know, it's not really a problem. but I do feel like I've let my self down. and some others around me.
I know I`ll get over it [I am young, and maybe I overreact...], but until then, I`ll just feel like this.
